An end-of-life doula provides non-medical, compassionate support to individuals and families before, during, and after the end of life. This may include advance planning, emotional and spiritual support, education about the dying process, advocacy, family guidance, vigil presence, and aftercare. My role is to walk alongside you with clarity, steadiness, and care.
No. All services offered through Death, Dignified are non-medical. I do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. I work alongside medical providers, hospice teams, and care facilities to support the emotional, practical, and relational aspects of end-of-life care.
I work with people of all ages, families, caregivers, and loved ones at any stage of life. Some clients are planning far in advance; others reach out during serious illness or the final days. All are welcome here.
Not at all. Many people seek support long before end of life. Planning ahead can bring peace of mind, reduce stress for loved ones, and ensure your wishes are honored. I also offer bedside and vigil support when death is approaching.
You don’t need to know. A complimentary 15-minute connection call allows us to talk through your needs and determine what type of support may be most helpful. From there, we can create a plan that feels right for you.
Yes. I often collaborate with hospice, palliative care, and other providers as part of a broader care team. My role is to complement medical care, not replace it.
Services may be provided in-home, at care facilities, or virtually, depending on your needs and location. Availability may vary based on scheduling and level of care requested.
Yes. A portion of my practice is reserved for free or reduced-cost services, as capacity allows. Please reach out to inquire — dignity-centered care should be accessible.
No. I support individuals and families across all belief systems, including religious, spiritual, secular, and non-religious perspectives. My role is to honor your values, traditions, and worldview — not impose any particular belief. Care is always shaped around what feels meaningful and authentic to you.
You can request a complimentary 15-minute connection call through the website. I will reach out personally to schedule a time and discuss next steps.
